Butter-crunch.

Ingredients:
450g Butter
450ml Sugar
100ml Water
1 teaspoon salt
Vanilla flavoring
Chocolate for coating
Step 1:
Combine butter, sugar, water, and salt in a pot. Bring to the boil over a moderate heat. while boiling stir constantly.
Step 2:
Remove from the heat when it reaches 130c.
Add vanilla essence and stir into mixture.
Step 3:
Spread the mixture quickly onto a silicone baking mat before it cools and sets.
